Truth be told I love salad! However, I’m not a fan of store-bought salad dressings. They are often made with unhealthy oils, thickeners, refined salt, preservatives, etc. I always make my own salad dressing because then I know exactly what is in it and know that it is nourishing me from head to toe.
One of the things I love to do is make a big batch of salad dressing at the beginning of the week and store it in a glass jar in the fridge so it is ready to go whenever it’s salad time! You can also take a container of it to work. This way if you bring a salad from home or go out and grab a salad you have healthy salad dressing to drizzle on top.
