Chocolate Banana almond protein smoothie I’m a HUGE chocolate and peanut butter milkshake fan, but this competes with it (if you can believe it!)! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 

Chocolate Banana Almond Protein Smoothie (Paleo-Friendly!)

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes
Yield: 1 tall glass

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 1/2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp (heaping) 100% egg protein powder
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy and savor every sip!

Notes: You can use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, though you may need to add 1 tsp raw honey or 2 tsp Xylitol for added sweetness. You can also add 1 cup of spinach for more nutrition!
