Smoky Yummy Drummies This easy chicken drumstick recipe you will absolutely love just because it is super easy to prepare and make! Be sure to use organic, free-range, pasture-raised, no caged, grass eating chicken drumsticks. The omega-3 content is much higher when compared to conventional commercial raised chickens.

Smoked paprika will give this recipe a delicious ‘smokey’ taste. This recipe is easy (did I say that yet?!) and boasting with flavor! Try it tonight. 

Smokey Yummy Drummies

Ingredients:

5-6 free range/pastured/no cage/grass-eating chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons EVOO (Extra-Virgin Olive Oil) or coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and pat down chicken with a green-friendly paper towel. Place in a large glass baking pan.
  3. Drizzle oil over drums and rub in with your hands (wash first please!) or brush.
  4. In small bowl, mix all spices.
  5. Dust spices over oily drums and bake for 30-35 minutes.
