healthy breakfast Hey party people! Breakfast is definitely one of the most important meals of the day. This is especially true because we have just been fasting for a number of hours while we get our beauty rest. Unfortunately, I also find that breakfast is one of the most rushed meals of the day, and many people skip it completely! I know for me, I’m so excited in the morning to get my day going that I often have to slap some sense into myself, take my own advice, and sit down to eat a delicious breakfast. Since mornings are busy, I’m always looking for a simple and healthy breakfast idea that tastes great! This video provides a juicy idea that was given to me by my dad. He would often eat this for breakfast when I was a kid and the idea kind of stuck 😉 Thanks dad!
