    Determine your body composition, why it’s important, and what your’s is telling you.

    • Assessment Portion:
      • Each individual receives a body composition analysis using a sophisticated bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) machine (Note: The machine is portable and the assessment can be completed at your office)

      • You will be able to use this information in conjunction with the seminar session to make real actionable improvements to your body composition. This will lead to fantastic improvements in health.
