I began drinking warm lemon water every morning after doing the 7 Day Cleanse. It is great. I know that I have had almost half of the water I need for the day before breakfast! I now also sip a glass of warm water about 1/2 hour before each meal and in the evening before bed. It supresses my appetite, keeps me regular and by doing it on a schedule I am sure I am getting all of the water I need every day. Thank you, Briana

Here are two websites to check out to help you find farmers in your area that have a local/sustainable/organic focus.

http://www.eatwellguide.org/i.php?pd=Home (This one will even tell you about restaurants, grocery stores, butchers, caterers, etc. When you go to the site the best way to search is with your postal code)

Very interesting and makes a lot of sense! Are there any local, organic, high quality farmers that you recommend? I find it difficult to find local organic farmers – most organic foods I see are from other countries. I would love to hear about where you suggest!! Thanks Briana

Absolutely great article and information everyone should read. Organic Acacia Fiber is my favourite for a soluble fiber. I am always counseling clients on soluble vs. insoluble fiber and how very essential these both are in our daily intake.

My favorite snack bars are LaraBars. Minimalist ingredient list and taste good too! I also love to custom make my own bars from http://www.youbar.com. Unfortunately, their shipping costs to Canada are very high.

Hey Christianna! The snack I am talking about in the post I actually made myself but it was extremely similar to the product you are talking about (Holy Crap). They area a fantastic company and their product is amazing! I bet your bowels are loving you too!!
