Today I’m going to be showing you one of my favorite smoothie recipes – the Tropical Green Smoothie. Truth-be-told, I absolutely love smoothies! I think they are so easy to make. You can make them in the morning and eat them for breakfast, or take them with you to eat as a morning or afternoon snack so you don’t get tempted by those unhealthy sugary treats.
This smoothie is so great because it not only looks fantastic naked, it is delicious too! It is loaded with superfoods that provide a serious boost of nutrition to your cells.
In this video I share with you how to make this amazing smoothie, and I ALSO share with you some of my favorite products that I use in my smoothies to amp up my nutrition.
