Introducing to you, one of our favourite ways to dress homemade popcorn, using the magical ‘air-popping’ machine! For those of you who don’t have an air-popper, never fear! Follow those directions, along with these wonderful ingredients as your topping! 

This is a great snack to have at home with friends on movie night, or to make ahead of time and bring it to the movies! Best of all, it looks really good naked!

Cheesy Cinnamon Air-Popped Popcorn

Ingredients:

1 cup popping corn kernels
2 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
1 tsp (or to taste) Sea salt
3 tbsp Organic, cold-pressed olive oil
3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp flax seeds (buy them whole & grind them at time of preparation)

Directions:

1. Fill the popping chamber with the popping kernels.

2. Cover the chamber with the popping shoot. Place a large bowl beneath the open shoot of the popper to catch the popped corn.

3. Transfer the popcorn into a large bowl. Add the olive oil & sprinkle with sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground flaxseeds and the nutritional yeast flakes. Toss to coat before serving.
